I've seen other posts on this subject, but none offer a solution. Has anyone found a solution to this? I have good conductivity to the internet via ethernet cable, that's not the problem in this case.

What version of Windows are you using?
If you are using a Mac, what version of the macOS is installed?
Are you using your PIXMA G7020 wirelessly?
Or with a USB cable?
