I've seen other posts on this subject, but none offer a solution. Has anyone found a solution to this? I have good conductivity to the internet via ethernet cable, that's not the problem in this case.

Hi Patrick,I'm using Windows 10 with Chrome. The printer is attached to the router via an ethernet cable. I don't have any connectivity issues that I'm aware of. Thanks, Greg
