Have a GX2020 printer, I think (without searching for exact age/recpt) it is about 1-2 years old. The print quality is not good, horizontal blank lines in color sections of print. Using "standard" print quality, plain paper. It is noticeable when printing pdf of bank documents and pdf's. Tried nozzle cleaning, alignment with no improvement. Any advise would be appreciated.
