I have a G7020 for a few years now. Just recently it stopped Rec. my WIFI. After a few tries, I hooked up a USB cord. It prints ok but when I went to Scan. I get a message on the printer that it is not connected to the computer.
Anyone else had this problem? Or is there anyone that can help.

Windows 10. Also, my printer is next to my desk top. WiFi is strong. It works with the desk top with no problem. I-phones and everything else. Therefore, it is net the WiFi.

Arthur probably will be able to better assist you with the WiFi part. Meanwhile, as for USB hookup, did you run or download the software for USB setup?
