Hi all,
Any help would be appreciated. My printer has suddenly decided to have several issues when printing:
1. printer head alignment - suddenly printing parts of my documents with off-set lines so the font looks blurry.
2. Horizontal jumps in the printing
3. Portion of the document doesn't print at all in a vertical stripe.
I've tried cleaning the heads, deep cleaning the heads, doing an automatic print head alignment and a manual print head alignment. When doing print head alignments there are large blue stripes across a portion of the page for no apparent reason.
These issues occur regardless of which computer or phone I print from, but I'm running Windows 10 Enterprise.
Any help would be deeply appreciated.

Hi drbrockdvm,
Were you able to resolve this issue?
If not, please try cleaning the encoder:
