I purchased my G3260 megatank printer in April 2023. nozzle checks only printed black and cyan. I've done several cleanings and deep cleanings. Now when I try to print it starts to print then gives me the error message and stops. The ink tanks are still full because I've only printed about 310 pages. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Terri-Mc,
Performing an ink flush should clear the 5200 error that you are experiencing.
To perform this, please follow the steps on this page from the manual:
PIXMA G3260 > How to Perform Ink Flush
If the 5200 error comes back, try the ink flush again.
The ink flush should take 6 minutes. If it stops after 1 or 2 minutes, please try it again.
If you are unable to clear the 5200 error, your PIXMA G3260 would require service. You are eligible for Canon's Upgrade Program. This is for out of warranty units which have been diagnosed to require service. This option allows you a one-time opportunity to purchase a replacement product, discounted from the list price.
If you would like to take part in this option, please call our Sales Department at (866) 443-8002 Monday through Saturday, 9am to 9pm. Let them know you have been working with technical support and the Canon Upgrade Program was offered.
