I have turned off the ink detection, which is the only setting I've read that I might need to change. I rarely print anything and generally do so in black only. In my early fumbling with the menu I think I chose clean spouts or whatever the right term is. It is impossible to see the ink levels or even if there is any ink as this unit doesn't even have the translucent strip I saw in a YouTube video demonstrating how to add ink. The only ink well I can see is the one on the end for yellow which is more than half full. When I selected an option that printed some sort of test the black rectangles were faint and the only color that printed was blue (darn, wish I could remember the name of the maintenance step but I'm nowhere near the printer and it was yesterday when I worked on it) In the past year I've had to set up the printer several times with a new computer and new wifi provider. At one point I got an alert about low ink levels but since I did not need to order ink and the print looked fine, I did not attempt refilling then. That was probably several months ago and I have not gotten alerts since so I was surprised whenmy document came out essentially blank and even then there was no message or alert. I rarely print documents so this unit has had very little use. I'm at a loss with the maintenance menu options. Can someone explain what I need to do, please? Thanks
