Finding my printer model number by the serial numbers

 I don't know the model number but I  got the serial number KNCPXXXXX  I need help with it

Hi there!

The model number is that number above the buttons! So yours is a PIXMA G3202, I masked your serial number to keep your info private.

Hi. That's correct. PIXMA MG2522 is the model number. You'll find all available software downloads and drivers here 

I still can't find model number on that thing either... Trying to hook it up to print from my Chromebook lap top 

PIXMA MG2522 IS the model number.

No it's asking to be configured with a model number not the MG2522 or serial number

That sounds like a software problem. Can you post a screenshot of the dialogue box.

 my Chromebook is doing the same thing. When I go to type it in it only gives me MG2900 series or MG3000. But the only model number I have is MG2522.
