My pixma doesn't have a model number ANYWHERE - very frustrating. (Front, tray door, bottom, back, inside all checked...lots of info but no model number). The first four letters of the serial number are LFGA. Can you tell me what model this is so I can upload the correct drivers and use my printer on my new computer?

We're unable to find the "JJUA" letter combination in our serial number listings. To find your Canon printer's model number, it should be displayed prominently on the top and/or front of the unit. Our model numbers typically begin with 2 or 3 letters (such as TS, TR, MX, MG, MB, MF, MP, LBP, iP, or iX) followed by up to 4 numbers.
