Finding model number by serial number

Backstopbob

My pixma doesn't have a model number ANYWHERE - very frustrating. (Front, tray door, bottom, back, inside all checked...lots of info but no model number). The first four letters of the serial number are LFGA. Can you tell me what model this is so I can upload the correct drivers and use my printer on my new computer?

Thank you.

Hi siemanoor,

The model that you own is the PIXMA MX330.

Drivers, software and manuals for your PIXMA MX330 can be found here:

Hey I dont know what my model number is? My serial number is JJUA[xxxxx]

Hi, Jenn1!

We're unable to find the "JJUA" letter combination in our serial number listings.  To find your Canon printer's model number, it should be displayed prominently on the top and/or front of the unit. Our model numbers typically begin with 2 or 3 letters (such as TS, TR, MX, MG, MB, MF, MP, LBP, iP, or iX) followed by up to 4 numbers.

We hope this helps!
