Febline inc. was paid 169.00 to remotely fix my computer error. They didn't, they also asked me to tear my printer apart and take out pieces and fix it myself, but stilled wanted their 169.00 bucks. Your website directed me to these scoundrels. Now I have to take it physically into a repair shop. Do you recommend one close to my zip. 21756, Please help me, I no longer have the ability to print anything. [personal information removed per forum guidelines]

Hi, donandbenji!
Thanks for posting on the Canon Community Forum. We can understand your frustration with your printer and we're ready to help. We're unsure how you found that third-party company, as all of our over-the-phone printer support is handled in-house at our own US-based contact centers, wholly owned by Canon USA and servicing Canon products exclusively. We do not charge for our support.
If this is a time-sensitive matter, we're available 24/7 via email at http://Canon.us/SupportCF or by phone at 1-800-OK-CANON (1-800-652-2666) weekdays between 10 AM and 10 PM ET (7 AM to 7 PM PT). We also encourage you to check out our Knowledge Base at that same link for answers to common questions.
Thanks and have a great day!
