Error P02, PIXMA TS3522

My canon PIXMA TS3522 has the error code P02, it is new and has not been used, I have already searched everywhere and nothing has worked, what could be wrong in this case?

Please click HERE for more information about the P02 error. If the issue persists, the printer would need to be replaced.
