I'm using a MacBook Pro with Mac OS Sierra 10.12.4 with Canon MX920 series 2 printer. I cannot find a way to turn on duplex printing when using MS Word for Mac 2011 Version 14.7.1. The print dialog box does not include a "print 2-sided" check box.
The preferences settings tells me that 2-sided printing is off. It is not possible to select it to toggle the choice. What can I do?

Hi EllenTEFL,
Perform the steps when you click HERE to print on both sides of the paper on a Mac.

The choice
Check the Two-Sided check box in the Print Dialog.
is not available. If it were, I would have clicked it.
So this reply was not helpful.
