If you are getting paper jam errors and you can't locate any jammed paper, you can try removing the ink using the steps provided HERE. When the inks are out, you can check the inside left and right of the printer for any torn paper or obstructions.
You can load the ink back into the printer and then you can try printing again to see if you run in to the same error.
If you run into the same issue, I would need some additional information to assist further. If you could reply to this message with the information below, we will be able to provide additional trouble shooting steps.
