As the title states, my Canon Pixma TS3322 unfortunately will not turn on. I just cleared the printer from being jammed it had a 5x7 glossy photo card stuck inside of it, so I used a piece of cardboard and flossed it through the rollers pushing the 5x7 card out. Now the jam is cleaned but the printer will not power on. I had the printer unplugged when clearing the jam, and after plugging it back in I have tried different outlets in my house but still printer does not show signs of any power at all. Would also like to add the power cord is still fairly new although the printer is 2-3yrs old but has been working just fine.

Hi,
The printer would need to be replaced since it wont power on. Since the printer is outside of it's factory 1 year warranty, you would qualify for the Canon Upgrade program. This is for out of warranty units which have been diagnosed to require service or are incompatible with a new or upgraded system. This program allows you the opportunity to purchase a replacement product discounted from the list price. Free ground shipping is included with your purchase.
If you would like to take advantage of this offer, please call our Sales Department at (866) 443-8002 Mon-Sat, 9 AM to 9pm EST excluding holidays.
