Canon Pixma MG5650: my computer cannot see it

Hello everybody,

 

few years ago I bought a MG5650.

 

I have two laptops, and they didn't saw the printer online. It was online, no problem to connect it to the net: just the laptops didn't saw it. I followed the procedure, the printer was connected to the net, then, when I scrolled the online printer's list, my laptops didn't saw it

 

Then I did "something", and both they started to see it.

I really don't remember what.

 

Now, I've rebooted one of these laptops and... I've the same problem again: it can't see the printer online.

 

Really, I don't know why. The other laptop still see it without problem. This one doesn't.

 

Can you help me?
