Hi Stephen,

No error codes. I am running Windows 10. I installed Canon Suite connected with USB. I am very experienced with printers and publishing. The problem is with a binding margins feature that I can’t seem to bypass or disable. Therefore it is cutting off the page where as my other printers print the document correctly

Hi Racine,

Have you changed the Booklet Printing preferences or changed the Binding location setting?

To acess these , please follow these steps:

1.  On your computer, please press the Windows key on your keyboard and the letter R, then let both go.

2.  In the Run window that appears, please type CONTROL and click OK.

3.  In Control Panel, click on View devices and printers.

4.  Right click your printer and left click on "Printing Preferences".

5.  Click on the Page setup tab.
