I have a TR7020a printer that has given me fits since the day I bought it (2 years ago). Luckily, I do not use it much. It appears to lose the connection to the computer. I usually have to reinstall the drivers to get it to work again. Now, the printer is saying "Processing ... Please wait momentarily." That was 30 minutes ago. I have a connection and the printer is online. Help, please!

Hi viki,
Please disconnect the power from your TR7020a for 5 minutes and then reconnect it.
Once reconnected, pleaes turn your TR7020a back on.
Does "Processing" appear? If not, please attempt to print.
