PIXMA G3270 - Print from phone is faded but prints fine from Mac desktop

When trying to print photos from our iPhones, we can't get bright, bold pictures. They come out faded.

However, I can print fine from my Mac desktop (OS 10.15.7; full desktop, not a laptop; haven't tested my MacBook yet).

Printer is a brand new MegaTank G3270. Had difficulties setting it up, and it's ID is an IP address instead of "Canon 3270." When setting up the first time it came up as "Canon 3700 series." Had to call Canon for assistance and they helped me set up the printer as the IP address.

I emailed from my phone to my desktop and the picture printed well. When I emailed from my desktop to my phone the image printed out faded.

Somehow, I'm not able to get full quality photos when printing from my iPhone. My scrapbooking wife and daughter need to be able to print from their phones.

Any suggestions, or should I just call 800 OK Canon?
