I bought subject printer new in 2009. It has always worked very well. However, yesterday when I tried to print a 2-page document, a note said that printer ink was low, and the pages came out blank, ie, with nothing printed on them. I removed both cartridges and tried to install them into the printer again, but could not! They just won't go in and cilick as they normally used to do... Can an empty cartridge be installed in this printer? And can this printer work with only the black cartridge installed? Would be very thankful for any help with this issue.
