I want to know the process for taking apart this printer and servicing it for a 5200 code? This printer is not paying for service, but I want to go through a checklist to see if I can get this code to go away.
Do you know where I can find instructions on cleaning the printer head manually? I can't access the software cleaning commands because the printer is stuck on this error code.
now the printer is showing a 1403 error code. I need to figure out a way to factory reset this. I've tried holding down power and stop, then pressing stop 5 times and it does not reset anything. Is there another button code I can use?
