Canon Mx922 won't print envelope from bottom tray

I am trying to print 5.75" x 8.75" envelopes from my Canon MX922 Printer.  It is for 1/2 fold cards.  

I am using the Hallmark Card Studio 2018.

I have changed the setting on the program to print this size on the page setup, document setup and print set up.

i have selected to print from the bottom tray and user defined sizes in the print window and everytime it comes out on the top tray on my 4x6 photo paper.

I don't know what else to try.

I'm trying to print envelopes of similar size using Windows 10 and my PIXMA MX922 won't print from bottom tray either.  It's worked on roughly 8" X 6" envelopes but not the 5" X 7" envelopes.  Has anyone come up with a solution yet?  Also, I can't get the margins quite right due to limits available.
