Hello can anyone please help!?
I really print and I tried everything from turning off my printer to disconnecting the cable to starting it again.
I even called a support number and they almost hacked my computer. They were trying to sell me services.
The printer says:
Support Code 6000
Printer error has occurred.
Follow the steps below.
1. Cancel printing, then turn the device off.
2. Turn the device on again. If problem persists, see the manual & Contact the service number.
Nothing of all that helped.. Someone has had this issue? If so can you please tell me how to solve it?

Hi chula_chula,
This error indicates that your printer has encountered an internal hardware malfunction.
Please try the steps below.
1. Check the inside of your printer for jammed paper and obstructions.
2. Next, make sure that your ink tanks are inserted correctly.
3. Finally, unplug the power cord from the back of your printer for twenty seconds. Plug the power cord back in after twenty seconds have passed, and turn your printer back on.
