Starting a couple of weeks ago, every time I try to scan from my laptop I get the message.
I use a wireless connection and never a USB cable and the scanner is not off as far as I can tell.
I have tried everything I can think of including shutting everything down completely then restarting. Deleting printer and reinstalling printer, downloading driver.
Please, what can I do? Thank you.
