Canon MG3600 series offline

My printer has gotten offline. I have followed many YouTube videos to get my printer back on my wifi but nothing is working. I get through most of the steps on my cell through the app but then it says it can't connect.. I don't know what else to do. I have unplugged my router, printer and everything.

So that the Community can help you better, we need to know exactly which Canon printer model you're using within the PIXMA MG3600 series.  The model number should appear on the front of the unit at the lower right corner. That, and any other details you'd like to give will help the Community better understand your issue!

Offline from where? A mobile or PC? Both?

both I tried doing it off my phone, iPad and MacBook. All my other electronics have issues with my wifi and getting online but my printer

 I  assume your printer is the MG3620, which I use also.  My printer is networked but not directily on the wifi. I have it connected with a USB connection to my main pc and it is shared.

I assume you have the Canon app on your phone. I know you said you watched many vidoes. This video seems to make the process to add the printer to your wifi network very simple. Hope it helps you.
