My Canon Pixma TS7722 is printing blank pages. I have replaced both ink cartridges. The print heads are not clogged. Can anyone help me troubleshoot this? Thank you!

Hi Marcella2025,
Please turn your PIXMA TS7722 on and then please follow these steps:
1. Load plain paper into the cassette of your PIXMA TS7722.
2. At the bottom of your printer's display, please tap the gear icon.
3. Next, tap Maintenance.
4. Tap Nozzle check and then Yes.
A test page will print.
Please take a photo of the page that just printed and please attach it to your reply of this post.

Thank you for your help. I discovered that I had not pulled off all of the plastic tape from one of the ink cartridges. The printer is working.
