Canon IP2770 Refuses to print MAGENTA

I've modified the printer and so it uses an ink tank.

The installation was successful and it was working until it randomly decided to not print magenta. I've made sure that the ink cartridge actually contains magents, and I've tried to blot it on the tissue to make sure that there is no blockage and it blots CMY perfectly but the moment that I try to print the pattern it would just refuse to use the magenta ink.
