I just purchased a Canon GX2020 printer because I was informed it's great for printing smaller sizes like A4, A5, and postcards. When I put the A5 paper in the paper tray and hit print, I am hit with an error message stating that I have the wrong paper in the tray. In addidtion, I don't know how to get the feed on top of the printer to print. The manual is not very helpful. Can anyone point me in the right direction to accomplish more than just printing letter size pages. I spent a lot of money on this printer and I am ready to send it back.

This is a simple guide for changing paper size using the printer panel.

To select the paper tray for your Canon GX2020, follow these steps:
You have two options for selecting paper in the multi-purpose tray:
| Option | Description |
|---|---|
| Always Specify | This option allows you to manually select the paper type and size each time you load paper. |
| Use Preset | If you consistently use the same type of paper, you can register it for quick access. |
