Cannot Work Canon Inkjet Printer Utilities Software to Deep Clean Print Head on iP8720

I understand that the only way to run deep cleaning is through the Utilities software, which I have downloaded and installed. I am required to use a pop-up menu to get to the cleaning function, but I don't know how to activate the pop-up.  I have tried right clicking the mouse, which I understand is what I should do, but that doesn't work.  I am using Windows 10/Edge on a Desktop.  There appear to be no other menu items in the software that I can access.

Both my printers have a driver like this, so I am assuming yours does as well.

Go to Control Panel->Devices and Printers and select your printer:

Right-click on the printer name and the driver control panel opens:
