I have a PIXMA MG6820 printer that has worked fine for many years, but yesterday when I powered it on it was going through isnt start up cycle and powered off and wont power back on. I have tried I different power socket and I different power cord with no luck.
Based on the description of the issue, it would appear that your PIXMA MG6820 would require service. You are eligible for Canon's Upgrade Program.
