Hello,
Our printer is running out of ink after only printing 20 pages or so. We have been ordering the Cannon black XL cartridges. Can anyone offer some support here? We have had the printer for over a year now so they wont let me talk to anyone on the phone.

Hi,
Do you know if your print is set to standard or high quality? Could you also reply with the information that is on the ink cartridge( ink number, where the cartridge was made, etc).
We look forward to your reply.

Hi,
There may be a issue with the ink cartridge and you can reach out to the sales team that sold you the cartridge to see if it is possible to get a refund. If this has happened with multiple cartridges, the printer has experienced an internal issue and would need to be replace.
Since the printer would require service or replacement, you would qualify for the Canon Upgrade Program.
This is for out of warranty units which have been diagnosed to require service, or for some reason are incompatible with a new or upgraded system. This option allows you a one-time opportunity to purchase a replacement product, discounted from the list price.
If you would like to take advantage of this offer, please the Canon Sales Department at (866) 443-8002 Mon-Sat, 9 AM to 9pm EST excluding holidays.
