I have a similar problem to what is listed below in the hyperlink. I am able to make copies of files, but I cannot print Microsoft Word documents. I am currently using a hp envy 15 and my operating system is windows 10. My printer was working properly before. I tried to fix the problem by restarting the printer, but it did not work. I also don't know if I am supposed to have the driver that is listed in the hyperlink installed due to the fact that I have a different. Any help would be appreciated.
