Trying to install the printer though CD-ROM, but get to step 3 and the message "The Printer is not detected. Check the connection" appears. I have tried putting the USB into a different port, updating drivers, restarting and following the steps.
Windows 7 (x64)

Hi ether,
A couple quick things we can try. First, see if it helps to use a different USB cable. Also, if you notice the Window's Plug and Play popup when you insert the USB cable, wait for it to complete the process then try the detection again.

It turned out to be the USB cable's fault, bought a new one and connected just fine. Thank you.
