Cannon PIXMA MG3220 does not feed certain paper qualities

I just bought a big box of GP basic copy paper, 20 weight, 88 bright - it will not feed. I have a few sheets leftover from a previous purchase and they feed just fine. I am reduced to flipping them over to recycle until I resolve the issue. Does anyone have an answer ?
