I am using Canon MX432 Printer/Scanner which was working fine till I updated os to Windows 10.
After installing driver for Canon MX432, my printer started working fine. But Windows is still not recognizing scanner.
I tried using IJ Network Scanner Selector but no use.
Somebody suggested MP Navigator, but I do not find version for Canon MX432.
Error that scanner gives is "PC not connected".

Hi bcalski,
Since the printer is grayed out in the Paint program, there may be a security or firewall setting on the computer that is not allow the scanner to be selected. At this point I would recommend contacting Microsoft to have them check the firewall or any security programs running on your computer to see if they are blocking the scanner driver.

ArthurJ,
That's very disappointing. Thanks for all your efforts!

ArthurJ,
I installed a driver with a "WS' ot the end of the name and it works now.

So, I have the same problem. Help my understand what worked:
What did you have to do before installing the driver that worked, if anything?
Where did you get that driver?
Thanks,
Bill
