Can't print from QuickBooks Pro 2017 to MX722

When I attempt to print from Quickbooks Pro 2017, all I get is a blank page. Sometimes it may print after I turn it off and on.It worked fine about two months ago and then all of a sudden it would not print. I can hear it going thru the motions like it is going to print, but all that comes out is a blank page. I have done the cleaning and the cartridges are full. I can print from other programs such as EXCEL and Adode Reader

Hi Ken4,

 

If it was working before, let's start by reinstalling the drivers.
 

  1. Click HERE.

  2. Scroll down to ""Optional Drivers."

  3. Click "Select" next to "MX720 series MP Drivers."

  4. Press "Download."

  5. Open and run the file.

  6. Follow the onscreen instructions to complete the installation.

Thank you, I reinstalled a driver, works fine for now
