Good Evening,
I have a Canon MG5520 printer. While I was out of town, the Electric Company replaced my meter. My printer has been off for well over a week. I do have it plugged into a surge protector. The surge protector is still working. My printer will not turn on. It has the alarm lamp lit. The triangle with the lightening bolt. I am not sure if my printer is now dead. I currently run Windows 10 on my computer and Windows 7 on the other computer. I am not sure what I can do to see if my printer still works. Any suggestions will be appreciated.
