Hi John, that assistant tool doesn't do what I sometimes want, i.e., to see the print status, to enable quick deleting if I'm printing the wrong thing, and other active print management in real-time. Those the MyPrinter app does. When I start a print, the window for that app opens soon after. But sometimes not soon enough. And with my former MX922 I could open it whenever I wanted, regardless of whether a print is active or not. I still have that app on my PC - I just can't get it to apply for the 8620a.
