Can't Scan Documents to Computer - Pixma MG2520

Hello,

I have the headache of Code 15, 156, 1

Cannot communicate with scanner for these reasons:

- Scanner is turned off. (its not)

- USB cable is disconnected. (also not)

I am on MacOS Ventura 13.5.2 using IJ Scan Utility2 Ver.2.4.1 (Mac)

My attempts of remedy so far have just been to restart my computer. I'm not the tech-iest so I'm hoping I'm just blundering around an easy fix if someone knows it.

Hi,

If you have not done so already, please click HERE and download/install the printer's ICA scanner driver. Once the driver is installed, restart your computer.  

After the restart, go into printers and scanner and remove/add your MG2520 back. Once this is done, open IJ Scan Utility and try to scan again.
