Printing a landscape print (tear-off on L/R). Top and bottom of image are fine but there's a 1.7" blank strip running across the image. Tried with a new ink cartridge - same results. Suggestions?
That did the trick! I went to Windows Update and just installed everything available. Selphy is now working the way it should - the wife is thrilled and I didn't have to buy a new printer. THANK YOU!
