Brand new IP110 smudging bad!

Cant understand why it keeps smudging. Just using plain paper, just printing the test page. Very frustrating.

Tried:

Cleaning

Deep cleaning

Print head alignment

Nozzle check

Bottom plate cleaning

Roller cleaning

Increasing dry time to max

Hi nappyjim,

If ink is still smudging on your prints, let's reset the paper thickness lever.  Full instructions can be found starting on page 451 of the manual HERE.
