Smudges / streaks on border of 8x10 glossy prints on brand new pro-200 printer

Hello

I'm a total newbie to the world of professional printers (and printing photographs in the first place). I just printed my first 8x10 glossy print and there are smudges/streaks on the top border. (I've printed it 3 times with the same problem.) I've successfully printed 4 x 6 matte prints to date. I purchased the printer about 2 months ago, but have probably made only about 20 prints, all 4 x 6 or 5 x 7 to date. Any advice?
