My MF 650C laser printer leaves cyan streaks on the paper. How do I stop this?

Thanks for joining the conversation, pnjfksx!
So that the Community can help you better, we need to know exactly which Canon printer model you're using within the MF650 series. The model number should appear on the front of the printer at the lower left. That, and any other details you'd like to give will help the Community better understand your issue!
If this is a time-sensitive matter, click HERE search our knowledge base or find additional support options HERE.
Thanks and have a great day!

Is the printer new? Did it print correctly in the past? Is this Canon OEM toner or third party toner? Can you provide an image?

Relatively new. Less than a year. Cartridges are the ones that came in the printer. It printed fine for
months. Image attached.

Greetings,
What percentage of toner is left in the cyan cartridge? You can see this on the LCD or by viewing in the remote UI.
Have you run any cleaning operations or maintenance tasks?
Have you removed the cyan cartridge and looked for excessive toner build up? You can wipe this away with a clean cloth, but don't use something you care about because you'll never get the stain out. 😉
Your printer has a 3-year warranty from Canon so support is another option.

From the beginning none of the cartridges shows their toner level. Canon said to ignore it; that due to a chip shortage some cartridges will do that. So, I cannot tell how much remains.
I wiped the bottom of each toner cartridges with a soft cloth. No residue was noted. All clean.
I have run the cleaning options in the menu.

Greetings ,
Chip shortage? Cartridges that don't display their toner levels... I have never heard of that before. I think you need to contact canon support and have this discussion with them. I would ask for a set of replacement toners that have chips and display their remaining toner levels. You should not be expected to guess when your toners are going to run out. That's like driving a car without a working gas gauge.
