I have the TS9521C printer. When I use the softward and choose "photo layouts" it will not print and I receive the "an error occured while printing". The only solution I see on the community board is the person had a laptop which was "wiped clean" and they re-installed Windows 10. That solution doesn't work for me. Has anyone else had this issue and have a solution. It does print using other print software on my computer and I have been able to print 4x6 prints using the Easy PhotPrint Editor.

the same happens to me, I can print with other apps and with the canon android app but not with the windows 10 Easy PhotoPrint Editor

Download the files who is right for your operating system (x64 or x86)
For me it worked perfect for two of my laptops.
