3 Canon printers I still can't get to work codes 5,156,69

Says scanner is off or USB cable disconnected! Mx992

Mg6620

And mg 3520

This is a matter of life and death for my mom.

Mx992 worked one time febuFebr 18 never more. That was the first and last I needed it more copies for court.

I need things scaned for the  law again NOW!

Hi Dafox,

The 5.156.69 error occurs when security software blocks communication between your computer and your printers.

Please temorarily disable any anti virus software and firewalls that you have.

Once disabled, please attempt to scan again.
