I have tried everything. I have uninstalled DPP4 and reinstalled and it is still the same. Folders are not visible and I cannot find how to make them display. Please help!

The problem is, there is no triangle. I have used this product for over 10 years and know it very well. So, there is no triangle and no way to bring up my folders.

What I have tried is to install the product on a different computer and simply copy the Digital Professional Photo file folder to my computer. It seems to have worked except that the Rename function now does not work. So frustrating!

Look for a little triangle/arrowhead in the middle of the left border.  Click on it.

Try selecting this option.

Thanks all, I did a final reinstall and this solution worked. The last reinstall also fixed the Rename problem. It looks like I am back in business.
