Welcome to the forum.

which computer and operating system?

EOSU doesn't have any special requirements for a GPU. Does any other operation show a graphics card error?

Hi
Using windows10 no only eos utility the photos are all off in utility but fine in photoshop

I would try deleting and reinstalling. Re-download the latest installer from the Canon support site.

OK. You are getting the message when Digital Photo Professional is opening. DPP does have certain requirements for execution.

I'm using a Dell xps 8700 os Windows10

If you meet the memory and processor requirements I suggest yoiu give Canon a call at 1-800-OK-CANON.
