EOS Utility availability for EOS Rebel T3

I'm looking to download the eos utility to remove photos from my camera. I have the software downloaded on an old laptop that doesn't work. When I try to download it from this website, it doesn't show my camera in the drop down. Can you please help?

Thanks for joining the conversation, curls51!

So that the Community can help you better, we need to know exactly which operating system is running on your computer (i.e. Windows or macOS, and which version thereof). That, and any other details you'd like to give will help the Community better understand your issue!

If this is a time-sensitive matter, click HERE search our knowledge base or find additional support options HERE.

Thanks and have a great day!

I am running Sequoia, version 15.3

I think your camera requires EOSU2. EOSU2 doesn’t work with macOS Sequoia. I personally tried it. Beachball.

You don't need the utility to get images. The newer OS' (and Mac's have done it forever) are perfectly happy to transfer the images from your camera to computer, no Canon software required.

You can also get a card reader and bypass the camera entirely.

Yes, thanks, I know of those options. I just really liked how the software downloads the images into folders by day, labeling and sorting everything.
