I have been using Zoom Browser EX for years.
But suddenly Zoom Browser EX will not open and shows small window saying, "Critical Error, Invalid class string".
I tried opening a few other programs around it and they all opened ok.
I did a search for "Invalid class string" and came up with a few things but not very helpful.
I am using Windows 10 64 bit.
Any ideas how to fix this please?
Thanks,
Phil.

John, thanks so much for your help.
I had to change that heading from Windows 10 to Windows Vista and downloaded the file.
Unfortunately it was in a zipped file and it asked me to purchase the WINRAR (I think) programme to unzip it so can't unzip it and use it.
Thanks again.
Phil.

I don’t need any special software on my W10 machine to unzip xxx.zip files. I just right click extract all.
On Windows 10 Pro, at least, you don't even have to do that (although you can). You can look at the .zip file as though it were a folder, and drag and drop the individual zipped files. Each is un-zipped automatically.
