Went to the EOS Utility website. EOS Rebel T7 isn't on the list

I am in food photography. I am wanting to start using tethering. I went to https//www.usa.canon.com/support/eos-utilities to download software. I wasn't able to find my model of camera. If you can help please reply or email me. Thanks Peggy

I Have the Canon Rebel Eos T7, It's not on the list. It brings up 25 downloads.

Do they reference this model as something else? I l asked that question and it said its also referenced as Canon Eos Rebel 2000D.

Peggy, the link I posted takes you right to the software download page for the Rebel T7. I just visited it, so I know it's there. This is a screen shot, it's for Mac but there is a Windows option as well. It should auto detect your operating system, but you can change it.

It looks like the EOS Utility may not recognize newer camera models like the Canon Rebel T7 automatically, depending on the version. You should ensure that you’ve downloaded the correct EOS Utility version specifically compatible with the T7 from Canon’s official support page.

If it's still not showing up, try:

Switching USB ports (avoid hubs)

Using a Canon-supplied USB cable

Checking that Wi-Fi/NFC is turned off on the camera

Launching the Utility after the camera is connected and powered on

Also, make sure you're not using a charging-only USB cable, which can cause detection issues.
