Photobucket keeps my $$$$$

I cancelled my subscription and asked for a refund. However, they won't refund the $$$ as the cancellation has to be within 48 hours of the initial transaction. Bummer! I have 163 photos on PB. An email said I can use PB until August 2024. Anyone know how I can retrieve those photos?I could transfer them to File Explorer as a Pictures general file or Photoshop Elements 2021. Thanks.

Canon doesn't own or operate Photo Bucket.  You'd need to reach out to them for billing or other inquiries.

I'm aware of that, Ricky. Just a warning as to how they operate. I have contacted them and told...no refund. To repeat the second part...any way to retrieve those photos? Thanks.

Hey there, John!

I don't use Photobucket, but I just did a quick Google search and got this info. Maybe it will help. In the mean time, I would try and keep a copy on my computer or if HD space is low, get an external storage device. I have at least 3 copies of every image I have ever taken and keep them on multiple devices.

I hope this helps.
